My name is Mikayla Ruby, owner, former Georgia Tour Company guide, & TWD super fan!

​

My grandfather got me into the show, which then became the superglue to our already tight bond. We watched every Sunday along with Talking Dead, discussed the show after, & we went to conventions just him & I. He passed in 2018 but every tour I feel his presence next to me.

​

My family & I fell in love with Senoia & Georgia over the years and decided that this was where we should be, making the jump to move from PA in December 2023. April 2024 I became a tour guide for the very company I loved so much (having taken multiple tours at that point). 

​

I very quickly fell into the small yet loving tour family created by Julie Brown. None of this would be possible without her being my mentor & friend. So here we are! 

​

When I speak of how this show connects people & the bonds it creates, I am speaking from experience. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for my grandfather, Julie, & many others that I’ve connected to through this show and job.

I can’t wait to meet all of you and welcome you into the Georgia Tours Fanmily!
